The Meet-Up

Your Pre-Session Meet-up is an important step in preparing for your session. It allows us to to connect and plan every detail. It is your opportunity to share your vision, discuss your style, and go over any specific ideas, requests or inspirations you have in mind. Whether it's location, wardrobe, or the mood you want to capture, we’ll cover it all to ensure your session is personalized just for you. This is also a great chance for us to get comfortable with each other, so when the day comes, you’ll feel confident and excited.

We will go over:

• Locations
• Outfits and accessories
• Props
• Ideas for settings and poses - I will have ideas available for you to see. Please visit sites like Pinterest to provide ideas that you have found and like and we will try to accommodate them.
• For studio shots including themed sets, and classic backdrop images (senior formal yearbook photos), we will show you the available sets, backdrops, and props we have available.

This meeting would be scheduled a few days before the photo session.

For Senior or Individual Portraits: we need to schedule at a convenient time so that both the model and their parent or responsible for signing our contract are at the meeting.

For Family Sessions: Only the person responsible for ordering the session needs to attend.

To keep our focus sharp and avoid distractions, we kindly ask that small children be left at home during this meeting.

Visual Ideas will be presented on a wide screen and snacks will be available.
