To start your Session Experience we ask that you fill out a questionnaire that helps to know your likes and dislikes, ideas you have for your session, and what kind of print products you are interested in for your home and gifts.

PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION
you are interested in, location(s), and styling that are a perfect fit specifically for you. We can also chat about any lingering concerns, ideas you have, how you want to display and share your final images and discuss all of our print options.what type of sessionAfter I receive your completed questionnaire, I will contact you to set up a Pre-Session Consultation in our studio. During this session will go over your questionnaire, discuss what your goals are for your session, see samples of our print products, and sign releases. We will also set up a schedule for your session &
This part is essential to making sure every-one feels prepared and excited come session day.
A retainer based on the Session of your choice and 1/2 of the Print Package you decide on is due at the time of the Pre-Session Consultation.
Your session is as much about the memories behind the images as the images themselves, so be flexible, have fun, and enjoy! I promise to take care of the rest.
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

If at all possible, we’ll go ahead and schedule your reveal at this point for 1-2 weeks away.
REVEAL SESSION
This is the best part! Enjoy a warm beverage and some yummy dessert while you ooh and ahhh over your fully retouched and enhanced images on the big screen. In person appointments allow you to enjoy perks like collec-tion bundle pricing, software to view your images on your actual walls before you buy, tools to help narrow down your favorites and compare them, and personalized as-sistance to make ordering enjoyable and efficient. We’ll design the perfect collection and/or products that best fit your needs, home, and budget.

Contract, Invoice, and Questionnaire must all be completed before session date and time is officially reserved.
Minimum purchase amount of $100 from ALC menu without collection
Reveal and ordering sessions take place on weeknight evenings at the Firefly home office in Charlottesville. Long distance clients or clients with extenuating circumstances such as lim-ited availability may take advantage of online or phone assistance options.
Online gallery will be activated following your ordering session and remain accessible for one month. There is a $25 fee to republishing galleries after images are archived.
Collections are only available at in-person ordering session or within 5 day ordering window for long distance clients ; gift prints and a la carte products are available for purchase via online gallery at any time during gallery duration.
Standard $8 shipping applies to each product type per order or free with in studio pickup.
All products subject to 5.3% VA sales tax

Collections are the perfect way to get a combination of both digitals and top-quality products at significant savings from a la carte purchases.
All collections offer a given number of high resolution files with print release along with a print credit which can be used to purchase any combination of gift prints (sized 8x10 or smaller). Another perk? Anything you want to add on top of your collection is an additional 20% off the regular price. Get just a few favorites or the whole kitchen sink -- whatever works for you.
